Delivery
Orders are shipped by our suppliers located in France, Europe, and Asia within 12 to 72 hours on business days (Monday morning to Friday morning). Shipping is free for orders between €49 and €499. Delivery times are generally between 7 and 15 days. Since our suppliers are located worldwide, some orders may take 20 to 30 days to arrive. We will do everything possible to improve these delivery times and ensure your complete satisfaction.
NB: For all orders to the EU, some orders may be subject to customs control when importing packages from outside Europe (USA / Asia). Please note that we systematically take care of customs formalities for our customers located in the EU (excluding the United Kingdom / Switzerland), so you do not have to pay anything extra .
If you ever receive a payment request by text message or email, please contact us before paying by forwarding us the carrier's notification. If you paid on-site to the carrier, please request proof of payment; this will be useful for processing your refund.

Delivery to a Relay point
When possible, we ship orders to Mondial Relay points within 24 to 72 hours on working days ( Monday morning to Friday morning ). The cost of shipping your order varies from:
- €4 for packages up to 1kg,
- €6.50 between 1kg and 5kg
- €10.50 for packages over 5kg.
The delivery time generally observed for deliveries to Mondial Relay collection points is between 3 and 10 days.

Please note that we only process returns/refunds in new condition, with their original packaging and label, as stipulated in our general terms and conditions of sale. We only accept one return/refund per order; please ensure that you return all your items in the same return procedure. Return costs may be subject to negotiation/commercial discount between the seller and the buyer, particularly in the context of a product exchange. This approach remains at the initiative of Planète Rando.
